Arrival & Departure

Check-in

You are welcome to check in any time from 4pm on the day of arrival. Please head to Wookey Hole Hotel Reception, located at the top of the main car park, to check in and collect your keys and parking information. The hotel team will then direct you to your lodge.

If you expect to arrive after 8pm, please contact reception on 01749 672 243 to let the team know.

Guests are advised to inform the team at check-in if they would require any assistance in the event of a fire evacuation.

Parking during your stay

Each lodge has parking for one car directly next to it. Additional parking for extra vehicles is available just outside the entrance gate to Mendip View Hot Tub Lodges.

Your Stay

Inside your lodge you will find a Welcome Pack containing useful information about your stay, along with contact details for the reception team.

The Welcome Pack also includes health and safety information, including emergency procedures in the event of a fire.

If you have any additional needs or may require assistance in the event of an emergency, please advise the hotel team on arrival so that we can discuss how best to support you. Our emergency procedures are available on request.

Departure

Check-out from Mendip View Hot Tub Lodges is by 10am on the day of departure.

Before leaving, please ensure all windows are closed and the doors are locked, then return your keys to the hotel reception.
